Every great partnership starts with a conversation. In this complimentary 30-minute call, we'll discuss your goals, creative challenges, and where your team is today. Together, we'll explore whether Hylan Studios is the right fit and identify the best path forward.
Cancellation Policy
Thank you for considering Hylan Studios. Our complimentary Discovery Call is designed to learn about your business, goals, and determine whether we're the right creative partner for your project. Booking Discovery Calls are complimentary and last up to 30 minutes. Appointments must be booked through our online scheduling system. You'll receive a confirmation email with meeting details after booking. Rescheduling & Cancellations Please provide at least 12 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations or no-shows may limit the ability to book another complimentary Discovery Call. Late Arrival If you arrive late, we'll use the remaining scheduled time to respect other client appointments. If you're more than 10 minutes late, the session may need to be rescheduled. Is This a Consultation? The Discovery Call is intended to determine project fit, discuss goals, and answer high-level questions. It is not intended to provide detailed strategy, design work, or consulting. If your project requires deeper planning, we'll recommend the appropriate consulting or strategy service.
